Minimal ingredients, but that only makes the taste of the salad better! Today Dasha shares a recipe from her student life and makes a salad with grainy cottage cheese, couscous and corn.

Ingredients


canned corn 1 can
couscous 200 g
cottage cheese 200 g
iceberg lettuce leaves
soy sauce

Instructions


Step 1

Preparing the couscous. Pour boiling water over the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Allow it to swell for a few minutes. Then loosen it with a fork.

Step 2

Mixing the ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the cooked couscous, grainy cottage cheese and corn. Mix gently so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3

Assemble the salad. Place iceberg leaves on the bottom of the crock pot. Spread the couscous mixture on top.

Step 4

Dressing. Just before serving, drizzle the salad with soy sauce to taste. Adjust the amount of soy sauce according to your preference.
