Step 1
Coarsely dice the peeled and coreless pears and mix with lemon juice, vanilla sugar and cardamom.
Step 2
Beat 125 grams of butter with the sugar. Then, while continuing to beat, add the eggs one by one.
Step 3
Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture, add salt and beat with a mixer until homogeneous.
Step 4
Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment and grease the sides with the remaining butter.
Step 5
Place first the dough in the mold, then the pears and sink them a little into the dough.
Step 6
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Then let it cool down completely.

Serve the pie sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy.
