Spaghetti pie with bacon.

Ingredients


spaghetti #5 0.5 kg
bacon 150 g
butter 50 g
soft mozzarella cheese 2 balls
grated hard cheese 200 g
béchamel sauce 250 g
eggs 4 pcs
parsley 20 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
dried garlic
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Step 2

Chop the bacon and fry in half the oil. Season with dried garlic and black pepper.

Step 3

Combine the cooked spaghetti with the chopped parsley, oregano, a third of the hard cheese, eggs and bacon. Stir to combine.

Step 4

Place 2/3 of the spaghetti in an oiled dish, followed by the sliced mozzarella and the remaining spaghetti.

Step 5

Pour the béchamel sauce over everything and sprinkle with the remaining hard cheese.

Step 6

Bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
