A traditional fall dessert from sunny Tuscany - sciacciata - a double layer pie with grapes!

Step 1
Combine 15 grams of sugar, yeast, 15 milliliters of oil and salt in warm water and stir with a whisk. Pour in the sifted flour, knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Then dust the table with flour, knead the dough and divide it into two parts. Roll each part into a rectangle, 1-1.5 centimeters thick.

Mix the grapes with the remaining sugar.
Step 4
Place one sheet of dough on a parchment-lined baking tray, spread a little more than half of the grapes on it and pour half of the remaining butter over it.
Step 5
Cover with the second sheet of pastry and pinch the edges. Top with the remaining grapes, pressing them lightly into the pastry and drizzle with the remaining butter.
Step 6
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Serve to the table sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy.
