Ingredients

wine grapes 400-500 g
flour 300 g
warm water 120 ml
olive oil 50 ml
dry yeast 5 g
sugar 85 g
salt to taste
powdered sugar to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Combine 15 grams of sugar, yeast, 15 milliliters of oil and salt in warm water and stir with a whisk. Pour in the sifted flour, knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 2

Then dust the table with flour, knead the dough and divide it into two parts. Roll each part into a rectangle, 1-1.5 centimeters thick.

Step 3

Mix the grapes with the remaining sugar.

Step 4

Place one sheet of dough on a parchment-lined baking tray, spread a little more than half of the grapes on it and pour half of the remaining butter over it.

Step 5

Cover with the second sheet of pastry and pinch the edges. Top with the remaining grapes, pressing them lightly into the pastry and drizzle with the remaining butter.

Step 6

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Step 7

Serve to the table sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy.
