Ingredients


dark chocolate 200 g
milk 100 ml
cream cheese 200 g
cream (30%) 110 ml
eggs 4 pcs
roasted walnuts 120 g
cherries 400 g
liquid honey 40 g
wheat flour 100 g
leavening agent 5 g
cornstarch 15 g
salt a pinch

Instructions


Step 1

Melt the chocolate with the cream and milk in a water bath. Then allow the mixture to cool.

Step 2

Meanwhile, sift the flour with the starch and baking powder.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the eggs with the salt and beat with a mixer until puffy. Add the honey and whisk again. Then combine with the dry ingredients and mix with the mixer until smooth.

Step 4

Lightly beat the cream cheese and mix into the batter, then add the chocolate mixture, nuts and mix well.

Step 5

Place the cherries in a parchment-lined baking dish and fill it with the batter.

Step 6

Bake the pie for 30 minutes at 160°. Then allow it to cool completely. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
