Winter frosty morning can be kind and warm. 🥐Sharing a recipe for warm croissants from Dasha Malakhova!
croissants 2 pcs |
eggs 2 pcs |
salted salmon fillet 2 slices |
prosciutto 2 slices |
arugula to taste |
For the béchamel sauce: |
butter 30 g |
flour 2 tsp. |
milk 200 ml |
brie cheese 50 g |
turmeric a pinch |
Step 1
Cut croissants lengthwise, warm over a toaster or on a grill pan.
Step 2
For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the flour. Pour in the milk and stir with a whisk to make sure there are no lumps. Add a slice of brie cheese and wait for it to melt. Add a little turmeric to the sauce for color and stir.
Step 3
Prepare the poached eggs: grease the clingfilm with oil and place in a small bowl. Scoop an egg into the middle and tie the edges in a knot. Boil the poached eggs in boiling water so that the whites are set and the yolk is still runny. Take the eggs out of the water and carefully remove the foil.
Step 4
Place 2 slices of salmon on one croissant and the prosciutto on the other. Place a poached egg on top of the filling, pour warm sauce over it and garnish with arugula. Romantic and delicious breakfast is ready! ❤️
