Crispy pita with tender stuffing of Black Sea goby with herbs
Black Sea goby mince (or other fish mince) 600 g |
pita 4 sheets |
dill 1 bunch |
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. |
onion 1 pc |
garlic 4 cloves |
melted cheese "Yantar" 3 tablespoons. |

ground black pepper |
ground red pepper |
Step 1
Prepare the stuffing. Cut the onion into small cubes, slice garlic and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add minced fish and fry for a few minutes. Then salt, add black and red pepper, melted cheese and fry the mince until the excess moisture has evaporated.
Step 3
Remove the skillet from the heat, add the chopped dill to the mince and stir. (If you can't grill the skillet, you can prepare the stuffing at home in advance).
Step 4
Wrap the stuffing in pita bread and grill on both sides until browned.
Step 5
Serve with lemon slices and dill.
