Shashliky kebabs of sardines in pita bread with bacon and cheese

large sheet of thin pita 1 piece |
butter 60 g |
hard cheese 80 g |
egg 1 pc |
red onion 60 g |
bacon 80 g |
parsley 10 g |
basil 10 g |
meat spices to taste |
Step 1
Cut the pita into long ribbons, as wide as the length of the wiener. Brush with warm melted butter, leaving the far edges dry.
Step 2
Spread the chopped parsley, onion, bacon, meat spices and grated cheese over the surface. Brush the dry edges with beaten egg.
Step 3
Wrap each wiener in pita, cut into 3-4 pieces and thread onto skewers, piercing at the glue points.
Step 4
Place the kebabs on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush the pita with egg and bake at 180° for 12-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
