Black, green, white, fruit or berry. No one can surprise anyone with such teas. But today we have a very unusual morning drink - tea made of dried carrots!

Ingredients


carrots 2 pcs
loose leaf tea 1 tbsp.
boiling water 500 ml
honey or sugar to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the carrots and grate them finely. Squeeze and transfer the carrot cake to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 2

Dry the carrots for 2-3 hours at 60-70°C.

Step 3

Transfer the dried carrots to a teapot, add some loose leaf tea and pour boiling water over them. Allow to infuse and pour into cups, adding honey or sugar to taste.
