It's very simple - add feta! It harmoniously combines with almost all vegetables and exquisitely emphasizes their taste. We share with you a recipe for baked carrot salad with feta cheese👇
| carrots 2 pcs | 
| feta 80 g | 
| spinach 50 g | 
| rucola 50 g | 
| roasted walnuts 35 g | 
| orange juice 1/4 cup | 
| olive oil 4 tbsp. | 
| salt, spices to taste | 
Step 1
Peel the carrots, cut into strips and place in a baking dish. Add salt, spices, pour olive oil on top and mix. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the carrots for 25 minutes.
Step 2
Arrange the spinach, arugula and baked carrots on a plate. Add the feta cubes and walnuts.
Step 3
Drizzle the salad with a dressing of olive oil and orange juice in equal proportions and mix.
Such a light and tasty salad can be tried as a separate appetizer, and in combination with meat dishes.
