Chicken cutlets with carrots and parsley

We're all for keeping food from being boring, even if it's just plain chicken cutlets.

Ingredients


Chicken fillets 2 pcs
Milk 1/2 cup
A slice of loaf (soak in milk)
Egg 1 pc
Spinach
Parsley
Carrots (grate)
Garlic
Ground coriander
Vegetable oil
Salt

Instructions


Step 1

Put the chicken fillets into a blender with the onion, garlic, bacon and egg. Add a little more milk, ground coriander, salt and beat into a mincemeat.

Step 2

Divide it into two parts. Add spinach and parsley to one part and carrots to the other. Beat each of the parts in the blender again. Form these minced meatballs, place on a baking tray greased with vegetable oil and bake for 25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.

Get fancy, you might not be limited to green and orange. Steam the diet patties and add less spices to them.
