boiled large white beans 0.5 kg
meat broth from smoked bones 1 liter
homemade pork sausage 120 g
blood sausage 120 g
bacon 100 g
onion 130 g
garlic 3 cloves
olive oil 30 ml
sweet paprika 1 tsp.
smoked paprika 1/2 tsp.

pepper blend
fresh chili pepper
Step 1
Send the chopped garlic and onion to a pan of heated olive oil, add both types of paprika and fry until the onions are softened.
Step 2
Then add the beans and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the bacon — diced, and the blood sausage and homemade sausage — into rings. Chop the chili pepper. Fry everything in olive oil, then combine with the beans.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Serve the Fabada stew with chopped herbs and chili peppers, if desired.
