Cherry clafoutis

Cherry Clafouti pie on a double layer pita crust with honey and nuts.

Ingredients


CORG:
round pita sheets 2 pcs
honey (liquid) 50 g
walnuts (chopped) 60 g
butter 20 g
FILLING:
cherries (pitted) 1 kg
sugar 150 g
cream (30%) 150 ml
eggs 3 pcs
cornstarch 25 g
vanilla sugar 11 g
salt pinch

Instructions


Step 1

Grease a mold with butter, place 1 pita sheet in it.

Step 2

Brush it with honey and sprinkle with nuts. Cover with the second sheet, press well so that they stick together and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 3

Combine the sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, starch, cream and eggs and mix well with a whisk.

Step 4

Place the cherries on the pie crust and fill with the egg and cream mixture. Bake the pie for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 5

Serve the cherry clafouti cold. Bon appetit!
