Light and airy French clafoutis pie with cherries

Step 1
Sift the flour and combine with the sugar. Mix until homogeneous. Add the eggs, yolks and gradually pour in the cream to knead the dough. Pour in the vanilla sugar and mix well.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the mold and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Then spread the cherries over the surface of the crust so that they do not touch the sides, and pour the remaining batter. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the cherry clafouti warm or cold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy.
