Step 1
Boil the prunes in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, adding sugar and salt.
Step 2
While the prunes are boiling, prepare the balsamic. Beat egg with a mixer with milk and flour.
Step 3
Strain through a sieve so that there are no lumps.
Step 4
Pour the choux into the soup and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Remove the soup from the stove and pour into plates. Garnish with the bay leaf and mint.
