Recipe for non-alcoholic matcha-apple cocktail from bartender of the Turandot restaurant Artem Guchkov.

Ingredients


matcha concentrate 30 ml
sugar syrup 20 ml
apple juice 70 ml
ice 4 cubes
FOR DECORATION:
mint 1 petal
pineapple chip 1 piece

Instructions


Step 1

To make matcha concentrate, you need to thoroughly mix matcha powder (5 grams) with 50 milliliters of water.

Step 2

Then in a blender, whisk the resulting matcha concentrate with sugar syrup, apple juice and ice cubes.

Step 3

Pour the homogeneous mixture into a chilled tini glass, garnish with a young mint petal and a pineapple chip.
