Ingredients


filtered water 80 ml
matcha tea 1 tsp.
almond milk 150 g
sieve

Instructions


Step 1

Add the matcha tea powder to the bowl, sifting through a sieve to dislodge large clumps of tea.

Step 2

Add hot water (80 degrees) to the matcha, stirring gradually with a whisk (you can whisk with a cappuccinatore). Whisk the tea for three minutes until a stiff foam forms.

Step 3

Heat the milk without bringing it to a boil. Whisk with a blender or cappuccinatore until frothy. Pour the hot milk into the tea in a thin stream. Matcha latte is ready!
