Step 1
Prepare the filling. Sauté the chopped onion. Add the chopped cabbage and fry until it has reduced in volume by half. Fry the minced meat separately. Then combine it with the cabbage, season with spices for meat, salt, black pepper, mix, remove from the stove and let cool slightly. Add chopped herbs, mix.
Step 2
Spread the filling on the surface of the pita, roll up the rolls, cut them into slices, the size of the height of the mold and lay them out in a mold greased with butter.
Step 3
Combine grated cheese, milk, sour cream, eggs, paprika, salt, black pepper and mix. Pour the mixture over the roll pieces and bake at 180℃ for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy.
