Black tea infused with cinnamon, clove, and other warming spices is combined with steamed milk and topped with foam for the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

Ingredients


Milk 400 ml
Black tea leaves 2 tsp.
Brown sugar 3 tbsp.
Cinnamon stick 2 pcs.
Cardamom 6 pcs.
Allspice 2 pcs.
Ginger powder 0.5 tsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Combine sugar, ginger powder, crushed cardamom pods, peppercorns and 1/3 cup cold water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Pour in milk, add broken cinnamon, cook over low heat for 4 minutes.

Step 3

Put boiling water on a teapot, put tea, pour milk with spices. Cover with a lid and a towel, infuse for 5 min. Pour into cups and serve.
