I drink this chamomile chai tea latte every time I crave a decaf drink. The cloves and vanilla add a nice depth of flavor, and the foam whipped with a French press creates the perfect texture. I usually use vanilla soy milk, it's sweet on its own, but you can add a little honey if you want to sweeten your chai tea latte.
Milk 2 tbsp. |
Chamomile tea 2 tbsp. |
Cloves 5 pcs. |
Cinnamon stick 1 pc. |
Ground cinnamon pinch |
Vanilla extract 2 tsp. |
Step 1
Mix and heat milk with chamomile, cinnamon stick and cloves in a saucepan. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Filter the milk through a French press. Add the vanilla extract.
Step 3
Pour tea into 2 cups and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
