Strawberry cream ice cream

Step 1

Whisk the cream until it reaches sharp peaks.

Step 2

Chop the strawberries with the powdered sugar and mint leaves in the blender.

Step 3

Mix the resulting mass with the whipped cream and pour into glasses.

Step 4

Place a popsicle stick in each serving and put everything in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Step 5

Carefully remove the ice cream from the cups before serving.
