A delicious and incredibly healthy treat - apple baked with cottage cheese, hazelnuts and dried cranberries
| apples (Semirenko or Granny-Smith) 4 pieces |
| honey 40 g |
| baby curd 100 g |
| roasted hazelnuts 40 g |
| dried cranberries 50 g |
| balsamic syrup to taste |
Step 1
Prepare the filling. Pre-soak cranberries for 20 minutes, then combine them with honey, cottage cheese and chopped nuts.
Step 2
Cut off the tops of the apples, remove the core and some pulp. Fill the apples with the filling and cover with the tops. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 3
Pour with balsamic syrup and serve. Enjoy!
