Tender and flavorful Indian naan flatbread with green onions
wheat flour 300 g |
dry yeast 5 g |
melted butter 60 g |
yogurt 25 ml |
warm milk 100 ml |
warm water 60 ml |
green onion 40 g |
sugar 8 g |
salt 5 g |
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk. Add the water, yogurt, salt and 30 grams of butter, stir. Add the chopped onion and sifted flour.
Step 2
Knead the dough. Cover with clingfilm, leave in a warm place for 2 hours, then knead.
Step 3
Dust the table with flour, divide the dough into 3 parts and roll each part into a flatbread, 5 millimeters thick.
Step 4
Bake the naans in a dry frying pan for about 3 minutes on each side, then brush with oil. Enjoy.
