Delicious Georgian flatbread Lobiani with beans
| cooked beans 400 g |

| water 150 g |
| dry yeast 15 g |
| vegetable oil 4 tbsp. |

| thyme a few sprigs |

Step 1
Add yeast, sugar, salt and water to the sifted flour. Knead the dough. Add vegetable oil, knead again and leave the dough in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Fry the underside of the undercuts with the thyme sprigs in a frying pan. In a separate bowl, mash the boiled beans. Then add the fat from the underscore to the beans and mash them again. Season with salt, pepper and mix.
Step 3
Divide the dough and filling into 3 equal parts. Then roll each part of the dough into a circle, place the filling in the center, roll up the edges of the dough so that they completely cover the filling and roll with a rolling pin.

Fry the tortillas on both sides in a heated pan without oil until browned.
