Spaghetti in cream sauce with salted cottage cheese and brynza
spaghetti 200 g |
cream (20%) 200 ml |
pasta broth 100 ml |
grainy salted cottage cheese 100 g |
dried sheep cheese 70 g |
olive oil 15 ml |
salt to taste |
ground black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Heat freshly ground black pepper in a dry pan for about 10-15 seconds. Add the cream, cottage cheese, grated cheese and pasta broth. Simmer for a couple minutes.
Step 3
Put the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir. Bon appetit!
