chicken broth (or the water in which the pasta was cooked) 100 ml |

Step 1
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Prepare the carbonara sauce. Slice the bacon and fry in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the stock, remove the sauce from the stove and add the beaten yolks. Then return the sauce to the stove and cook on a low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Step 3
Combine the pasta with the sauce and mix well. Serve to the table sprinkled with grated cheese. Enjoy.
