Tonic Moroccan tea with peppermint, lemon, cinnamon and cardiac
| green tea 2 tsp. |
| boiling water 1 liter |
| mint leaves 15 g |
| cinnamon 1 stick |
| cardiac 1/2 star |
| lemon 1/4 pc |
Step 1
Put in a teapot crushed (grinded in a mortar or ground) cardiac, mint leaves, cinnamon stick, add juice and zest of lemon and green tea.
Step 2
Pour boiling water and let the tea infuse for 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
