 
Spicy, juicy and melt-in-your-mouth salmon fillet baked with vegetables
| red fish fillet 0.5 kg | 
| green beans 150 g | 
| broccoli florets 150 g | 
| cauliflower 150 g | 
| sweet pepper 150 g | 
| green peas 150 g | 
| red onion 40 g | 
| garlic 2 cloves | 
| lemon 1 pc | 
| honey 30 g | 
| balsamic 25 ml | 
| olive oil 50 ml | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| white pepper | 
| black pepper | 
| fish spices | 
| thyme | 
Step 1
Boil broccoli and cauliflower florets, beans and peas for 1-2 minutes. Chop the pepper, onion and garlic. Combine with the blanched vegetables.
Step 2
Add thinly sliced lemon. Mix the balsamic, honey and olive oil. Dress the vegetables with this mixture. Add thyme, salt and black pepper. Stir.
Step 3
Cut the fish in half and place in the mold. Season with white pepper, fish spice and salt. Arrange the vegetables around the fish. Bake at 190° for 25-30 minutes. Bon appetit!
