Ingredients


cream cheese 100 g
lemon juice 1-2 tsp.
green onion (chopped) 1 tbsp.
lightly salted salmon 6 thin strips
capers 1 tbsp.
baguette
salt
black pepper
olive oil

Instructions


Step 1

Mix cream cheese with finely chopped chives (you can substitute regular green onions), lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place the baguette slices on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and brown in the oven until golden.

Step 3

Spread the toasts with cheese, top with a strip of salmon and capers, decorate with a sprig of dill.

If the capers are in salt, soak them for 15-20 minutes in cold water, rinse them several times and dry them with a paper towel.
