Ingredients


fresh salmon fillet 300 g
potatoes 4 pcs
tomatoes in their own juice 1 can
mozzarella 1 package
egg 1 egg
flour 125 g
garlic 2 cloves
olive oil
oregano
basil
black pepper
salt

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the potatoes and grind them into mashed potatoes.

Step 2

Mix the still warm potatoes with the flour, add the egg, pepper and salt and knead well. Roll the potato dough into long "sausages" and cut them into gnocchi. Boil in salted water until tender.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce by chopping the tomatoes, a few tbsp of olive oil, garlic and oregano in a blender.

Step 4

Cut the salmon fillets into small pieces.

Step 5

Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Put the gnocchi, salmon pieces, tomato sauce and mozzarella in it.

Step 6

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
