Step 1
Peel the warm potatoes from their skins and mash them well. Add flour, egg, a little salt and knead the dough. The dough should be a homogeneous, thick mass.
Step 2
Divide the dough into several parts. Shape into sausages and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with flour and shape the gnocchi. Cook in boiling, lightly salted water.
Step 3
For the sauce, blend all the ingredients in a blender. Season the gnocchi and allow to soak for a while.
