Original gnocchi of sweet yams with white wine sauce and with cheese

| yolks 2 pcs |
| curd mass 100 g |
| flour 150 g |
| sheep cheese to taste |

| SAUCE: |
| butter 100 g |
| onions 60 g |
| white dry wine 120 ml |
| TO TASTE: |

Step 1
Bake the washed yams at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Then let it cool, peel off the skin and beat it with a blender. Add yolks, curd mixture, flour, salt, black pepper and knead the dough.
Step 2
Shape into sausages with a diameter of 1 cm. Cut the gnocchi into 2.5 cm slices, flatten with a fork for texture and place in boiling salted water. Cook after boiling again for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
For the sauce, sauté the chopped onion in oil. Add the wine, salt and spices. Steam for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the gnocchi with the sauce and cheese. Enjoy!
