Let's go to Italy and make delicious potato gnocchi in a creamy sauce flavored with nutmeg and parmesan crumbs

Ingredients


baked potatoes 0.5 kg
wheat flour 250 g
yolks 2 pcs
parmesan crumbs 40 g
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
SAUCE:
white dry wine 100 ml
cream (30%) 200 ml
nutmeg to taste
salt to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the sauce. Evaporate 2/3 of the wine. Pour in the cream, season with salt and nutmeg, stir, bring to the boil and remove from the stove.

Step 2

Mash the potatoes, add salt, yolks, 150 grams of flour and knead the dough.

Step 3

Dust the table with flour, divide the dough into 3 parts, roll them out in the form of sausages with a diameter of one and a half to two centimeters. Then cut into small pieces and use a fork to give them a ribbed shape.

Step 4

Cook the gnocchi in salted water until they float.

Step 5

Serve with the sauce and a generous sprinkling of parmesan. Enjoy.
