Step 1
Prepare the marinade. Peel citrus fruits, chop coarsely, combine with thyme and rosemary leaves, crushed garlic, capers, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir.
Step 2
Tear the skin a little on the thighs, put them in the marinade and mix. Cover with clingfilm and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Place the citrus on the bottom of the mold, put the thighs on top with the skin on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Bon appetit!
