Chicken thighs braised in tomato sauce with chickpeas and bacon
| skinless chicken thighs 800 g |
| bacon 200 g |
| boiled chickpeas 250 g |
| onions 120 g |
| garlic 4 cloves |
| pelati tomatoes 400 g |
| chicken broth 250 ml |
| wine vinegar 5 ml |
| vegetable oil 40 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| sugar |
| black pepper |
| smoked paprika |
Step 1
Fry the chopped bacon in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add the chopped chicken, chopped onion and garlic and fry until browned.
Step 3
Add the blenderized tomatoes, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, chickpeas and stock.
Step 4
Stir and simmer for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
