Tamago, although an omelet, is still unusual. The ingredients are simple: eggs, soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar. The main thing is to learn how to cook it properly in portions. Today we are making just such an omelet and serving it with eel and sesame seeds!

Ingredients

eggs 3 pcs
rice vinegar 10 ml
soy sauce 15 ml
sugar a pinch
vegetable oil
smoked eel 100 g
sesame

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk the eggs with a pinch of sugar, soy sauce and rice vinegar.

Step 2

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour some of the egg mixture into the pan and let it set. Gently roll the omelet into a roll in the pan and push to the edge.

Step 3

Pour a new batch of mixture and let it set as well. Wrap the finished roll in the new roll. Cook in this manner until all the egg mixture is done.

Step 4

Cut the omelet roll into portions. Place on a flat platter and garnish each with a slice of smoked eel. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
