Flavorful chicken thighs in a spicy peanut glaze
| 6 chicken thighs without skin and bones |
| 3 garlic cloves |
| 20 ml vegetable oil |
| 25 ml soy sauce |
| 25 ml lime juice |
| 2 tsp. grated ginger |
| 30 g roasted peanuts |
| 1 chili pepper |
| 5 g each of mint and coriander leaves |
| 10 g green onion |
| salt, black pepper, red pepper to taste |
| GLAZURE: |
| 50 g peanut paste |
| 30 g chili sauce |
| 30 ml soy sauce |
| 30 ml wine vinegar |
| 20 ml vegetable oil |
| sugar to taste |
Step 1
Prepare the marinade. Mix the minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, vegetable oil, ginger, black pepper, salt and red pepper.

Marinate the meat for 20 minutes.

Mix all ingredients for the glaze. Grill thighs on grill rack until cooked through, brushing with glaze occasionally.
