Flavorful chicken thighs stewed with homemade sausage with a side dish of rice

| homemade pork sausage 300 g |
| onions 120 g |
| sweet pepper 120 g |
| celery stalk 100 g |
| garlic 4 cloves |
| chicken broth 700 ml |
| wheat flour 30 g |
| vegetable oil 60 ml |
| Cajun spice mix 2 tsp. |
| bay leaf 4 pcs |
| salt to taste |
| thyme to taste |
| CAJUN SPICE BLEND: |
| dried garlic 1/4 tsp. |
| oregano 1/4 tsp. |
| ground cumin 1/4 tsp. |
| paprika 1/4 tsp. |
| salt 1/4 tsp. |
| ground black pepper 1/4 tsp. |
| ground red pepper 1/4 tsp. |
| GARNIAR (2 servings): |
| basmati rice 100 g |
| boiling water 250 ml |
| butter 50 g |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
Cut meat, salt, season with Cajun spice mix, coat in flour and fry in vegetable oil. Then transfer to a saucepan with broth.
Step 2
Fry the sausage rings and chopped vegetables, add to the chicken, add thyme and bay leaf. Braise for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
For garnish, boil rice in salted water with butter. Serve all together or separately. Bon appetit.
