Step 1
Cut the turkey fillets and lard into small pieces, chop lightly with a knife and mix together. Add the dried garlic and mix again thoroughly.

Chop the parsley finely and add to the stuffing. Season with pepper and salt to taste if the lard is not salted.

Rinse the intestine thoroughly several times. Fill with minced meat, using a special attachment for a meat grinder or by hand, tamping the minced meat inside.

Tie the ends and place in a baking mold in the form of a "snail". Make a few punctures with a toothpick and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
