Farfalle with sausages in cream and tomato sauce

Ingredients


farfalle pasta 240 g
smoked sausages 250 g
chicken broth 250 ml
garlic 1 clove
chopped tomatoes pelati 400 g
cream (20%) 200 ml
grated cheddar cheese 100 g
olive oil 25 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
oregano
dried onion
dried basil

Instructions


Step 1

In a large skillet in vegetable oil, fry the minced garlic and sausages.

Step 2

Add the cream and chicken stock, tomato pelati, salt, dried onion, black pepper, oregano, dried basil and farfalle pasta.

Step 3

Stir and cook at a low temperature under a lid for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Then sprinkle the pasta liberally with cheese, stir and serve. Enjoy.
