Step 1
Boil the pasta in slightly salted water until tender.
Step 2
Lightly fry the sour cream in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Grind walnuts in a coffee grinder together with a small amount of brown sugar.
Step 4
Combine the pasta with the sour cream, add the cottage cheese and mix.
