Step 1
Slice the chicken fillets into thin slices.
Step 2
Melt butter in olive oil and fry the chicken.
Step 3
Add the sliced onion, sweet pepper and eggplant. After a few minutes, add the soy sauce and honey.

Boil the farfalle in lightly salted water, drain in a colander.
