farfalle 250 g
chicken fillet 2 pcs
onion
sweet pepper
eggplant
soy sauce 2 tbsp.
honey 2 tbsp.
butter
olive oil
salt
black pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the chicken fillets into thin slices.

Step 2

Melt butter in olive oil and fry the chicken.

Step 3

Add the sliced onion, sweet pepper and eggplant. After a few minutes, add the soy sauce and honey.

Step 4

Boil the farfalle in lightly salted water, drain in a colander.

Step 5

Add the honey-soy chicken and vegetable pieces to the pasta.
