Tender catfish fillet stewed in tomato sauce with spicy sausages.

Step 1
Chop onion, garlic, chili pepper and fry in olive oil.
Step 2
Add the sliced sausages and fry briefly.
Step 3
Then add the tomatoes crushed with a fork, salt, pepper, Italian herbs and sugar. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the beans and catfish pieces, drowning them in the sauce, cover and braise for another 7 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with lemon, parsley and chili pepper, if desired. Enjoy.
