Baked catfish fillet with caramelized young potatoes
catfish fillet (2 pieces of 250 g each) 0.5 kg |

young potatoes (small) 400 g |
garlic 2 cloves |
honey 25 g |
balsamic vinegar 25 ml |

Step 1
Prepare the marinade. Combine honey, mustard, lemon zest, salt, pepper, thyme, vegetable oil in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Divide the catfish fillet into portioned pieces and dip into the marinade. Then place on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake at 220 degrees on the grill function for 12-15 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water for a couple of minutes, then fry slightly in butter. Add the chopped garlic, rosemary, honey and balsamic vinegar and continue frying until the potatoes caramelize.
Step 4
Serve the potatoes with the baked catfish. Enjoy.
Any other white fish can be cooked in the same way.
