Fusilli with sausages and roasted pepper sauce

Flavorful spicy fusilli pasta with sausages and roasted pepper cream sauce

Ingredients


fusili pasta 240 g
pork sausages 250 g
sweet pepper (red color) 300 g
garlic 1 clove
cream (30%) 100 ml
parmesan crumbs 60 g
olive oil 20 ml
TO TASTE:
fresh green basil
salt
black pepper
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

Brush the peppers with oil and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Then let it cool, peel off the skin and seeds.

Step 2

For the sauce, combine the roasted peppers with the cream, oregano and salt in the blender bowl. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Fry the chopped garlic in the oil. Add the sliced sausages and fry until browned. Pour the sauce over the sausages and season with pepper.

Step 4

Boil the pasta in salted water until al-dente, put it in the sauce, sprinkle with cheese and decorate with basil leaves. Bon appetit!
