Fusili pasta with turkey, broccoli, spinach and chunks of cheese
fusili pasta 140 g |
turkey thigh 160 g |
broccoli (broccoli florets) 100 g |
spinach 100 g |
cheese 80 g |
lemon zest 1/2 tsp. |
lemon juice 2 tsp. |
olive oil 25 ml |
TO TASTE: |
fresh chili pepper |
salt |
ground black pepper |
Step 1
Boil the pasta and broccoli in salted water until aldente.
Step 2
Dice the turkey, salt, pepper and fry in olive oil until browned.
Step 3
Add the broccoli, spinach leaves, chopped chili pepper, lemon zest and juice, salt and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
After a while, add the fusili paste, season with pepper if desired, and stir-fry for a couple more minutes.
Step 5
Serve the pasta with slices of cheese. Enjoy.
