Hot appetizer - baked mushroom caps with original stuffing of crab sticks and cheese

Ingredients


caps of large mushrooms 15 pieces
crab sticks 150 g
celery stalk 60 g
soft processed cheese 80 g
grated hard cheese 120 g
garlic 1 clove
green onion 10 g
soy sauce 10 ml
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Chop crab sticks, green onions, garlic and celery, mix with melted cheese, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Stuff the mushroom caps, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy.
