Ingredients
| caps of large mushrooms 15 pieces |
| crab sticks 150 g |
| celery stalk 60 g |
| soft processed cheese 80 g |
| grated hard cheese 120 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| green onion 10 g |
| soy sauce 10 ml |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
Instructions
Step 1
Chop crab sticks, green onions, garlic and celery, mix with melted cheese, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Stuff the mushroom caps, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy.
