Boiled chicken thighs baked in cheese curry sauce

Step 1
Remove the skin from the thighs, put them in a pot along with the peeled onion, carrot and garlic. Fill with boiling water, add bay leaf and salt. Cook at medium temperature for 35-40 minutes.
Step 2
Allow the thighs to cool slightly in the broth, then transfer to a mold. Pour 0.5 liter of broth into a saucepan. Add the starch, melted cheese, salt, curry and chicken seasoning. Bring the mixture to a smooth consistency and pour over the thighs. Season with pepper.
Step 3
