Sweet peppers stuffed with turkey and spicy sausages baked under mozzarella cheese

turkey stuffing 400 g |
spicy sausages 60 g |
mozzarella cheese (grated) 150 g |
cream 150 ml |
tomato paste 1 tsp. |
onions 80 g |
garlic 4 cloves |
vegetable oil 40 ml |

pesto sauce |
salt |
sugar |
black pepper |
dried basil |

Step 1
Cut peppers in half, peel, brush with oil and bake at 200º for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the chopped garlic and onion in oil. Add the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and fry for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add the chopped sausages, dried basil, cream, sugar, thyme, salt and black pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Stuff the peppers with the stuffing, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 210 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with pesto sauce. Enjoy!
