This recipe is not suitable for those who are on a diet, as the pies are fried in a frying pan, and the dough is filled with rather fatty sour cream. But all the rest of the pies conquer with their fried crust and sweet and sour berry filling.
blueberries
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 4 tbsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
sour cream (20%) 4 tbsp.
salt 1/4 tsp.
leavening agent 1 tsp.
flour 3 cups
Step 1
Beat chicken eggs and 4 tbsp. sugar. Pour in 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and mix. Add sour cream, salt, baking powder and mix. Sift flour into this mixture, stirring constantly, and knead an elastic dough.
Step 2
From the obtained dough form a sausage and divide it into 12 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and then roll out with a rolling pin, put blueberries (about 25 berries per 1 pie) and sprinkle with sugar. Form the patties into a boat shape.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and place the patties. Fry until browned on both sides.
